One Stop Lawn is built to keep your data on your own device and to collect as little as possible. Here is how to delete it.
Your lawn journal, saved lawns and zones, soil test entries, photos, and settings are stored locally on your device — not on our servers. To delete this data, clear the app's data in your device settings or uninstall the app. Once removed from your device, it is gone.
The app does not use accounts or logins, so there is no profile or login on our servers to delete.
Photos and text you send to the in-app AI are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, then automatically deleted by the provider within 7 days. They are never used to train AI models.
If you subscribe, purchase records are held by the app stores and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). To request deletion of your subscription record, email us and we will remove it.
To request deletion of any data we can reach, email support@onestoplawnapp.com with your request. We will respond and complete the deletion promptly.
